  This is the worst Lowes, period!! Poor to non existent customer service. The employees will walk right past you without offering to help. There always seems to be small groups of employees congregating and engaging in idle conversation. At times in the morning, employees are too wrapped up in moving stock to service a customer. The company culture at this store is very poisoned to say the least!
  It does not help to alert any level of management in regards to the poor service in this store, they do not care, and thus are part of the problem. I wonder if this is what the top management at Lowes corporate HQ envisions their stores to be?

  An earlier review stated that Service at the Oneonta store is favorable,
  We have found this to be true. The staff there is extremely helpful.
